The property is located in Misty Cliffs, an idyllic little village 45 min south of Cape Town on the peninsula which is trapped between a natural reserve on a mountain and pristine beaches (it takes 3:30 to walk to the beach).

It is one of the best surfing and kitesurfing spots in the region, and it is also in proximity to hiking trails, diving, wine regions and 45min from the international airport.
