Execute secured option to buy (asset expected to appraise at €1M).
Construction fund: 13 coliving suites, Industrial kitchen, 30 seat restaurant & 4 creative studios
Jul 30, 2026 – Jan 31, 2027
This milestone completes our legal restaurant with 30 seat, a core business driver for our operation - alongside 4 studios with natural light and workspace for artists-in-residence and workshops. We expect some bank or grant co-financing for this step.
